Participant 1

How it works

This planner converts each participant’s local availability to UTC, finds the overlapping window, and then suggests meeting slots within that window. For each slot, it shows the local time for every participant so everyone knows exactly when to join. It handles time zones from UTC-12 to UTC+12 and accounts for fractional zones like India (UTC+5:30).

FAQ

What if there is no overlap? If participants’ availability windows do not overlap at all, the calculator will tell you. You may need to ask someone to adjust their hours or split into two smaller groups.

How do I handle daylight saving time? This calculator uses fixed UTC offsets. If your region observes daylight saving, adjust the offset by 1 hour during DST periods.

What is the best time for international study groups? Early morning in the Americas and evening in Europe/Asia often works best. The calculator will find the exact overlap for your group.
